Greg Testa

Experience:

20+ years of experience in all facets of remodeling. Greg’s engineering background provides the tools for him to manage the larger picture in remodeling projects including not only the carpentry, but the structural, plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical and communications. By drawing upon this expertise we can provide unique solutions to unique challenges in the design and building phase.

Tim Hurley

Experience:

Tim has 20+ years of experience. He has worked on large framing crews early on in his career. He also has many years experience in finish carpentry including built-ins, crown moulding and detailed moulding installation. Tim is well versed in all facets of the residential remodeling.

Anthony Testa

Experience:

Tony is Greg’s father and is retired from his career in the chemical ultrafiltration field. Tony provides support in areas of painting, interior/exterior trim work and other carpentry tasks. He has honed his expertise by remodeling his own properties over the last 40 years and working with HTCCI.

Jonathan Raisz

Experience:

Architect – The firm of Jonathan Raisz Architect was founded in 1990. Jonathan has over thirty years of experience in architectural design and construction. He specializes in design and construction drawings for single and multi-family dwellings, condominiums, additions, renovations, landscape design, and commercial projects. He focuses on cost effective, energy efficient and historically appropriate designs for every project. His background in construction and development gives him a valuable understanding of the needs and concerns of homeowners and contractors. This experience enables him to speak the contractor’s language and ensures straightforward, buildable solutions for homeowners.

The firm also employs draftsmen and designers as required for larger projects. They have represented property owners before zoning and planning boards and historic and conservation commissions in Boston and many other municipalities in eastern Massachusetts.
